By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the obligations and rights of both parties involved in the tree removal service.

 

1. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES All estimates and quotes provided are based on a preliminary assessment and may be subject to change upon further inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

 

2. PAYMENT TERMS A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Late payments may incur a fee of 10% with a returned check fee of $25.00.

 

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a 10% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE We are fully insured to perform tree removal services. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, structures, or landscaping unless expressly agreed upon and documented prior to commencing work. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities or obstacles that may affect the service.

 

5. ACCESS AND SITE PREPARATION Clients must provide clear access to the site and remove any obstacles that may hinder our work. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by equipment used during the service unless due to negligence. Before we proceed with any stump grinding services, we kindly request that the customer mark any underground lines they are aware of that have not been marked by the city. If lines are damaged and not marked we will not be held liable for any damages caused. We ask that any animal feces around the job site also be removed prior to our arrival to ensure a smooth and safe process for everyone involved. 

 

6. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE Safety is our top priority. We adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations. Clients must insure that pets and people are kept away from the work area during the service.

 

7. WASTE DISPOSAL Unless otherwise agreed upon, we will remove and dispose of all tree debris and waste resulting from our services. Additional fees may apply for the removal of large quantities of waste or hazardous materials.

 

8. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 120 days following the completion of our service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, or subsequent alterations made by others.

 

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any dispute arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local/state laws.

 

10. AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
